WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE AND FIT INFORMATION?

Click on ‘Size Guide’, and the size chart should pop up to show the conversion chart. The shoes are full sizes, so if you are a half size then we suggest you to size up. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@alexanderhurley.com

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When the order arrives to the courier, you will receive an email from the courier providing the tracking number related to the order. There are two options: click on ‘Track Order Status’ and enter the tracking number, or you may visit the courier website and insert the number in the “Track Your Shipment” area.

 

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
